Die HENDI Crêpe-Platte hat eine runde Backfläche mit Ø 400 mm aus Gusseisen mit Keramikbeschichtung, die die Wärme gleichmässig verteilt. Der EGO-Thermostat ist stufenlos von 50 bis 300 °C einstellbar, ein Überhitzungsschutz ist eingebaut. Das Gehäuse besteht aus Edelstahl. Zum Verstreichen des Teigs liegt ein Holzspachtel bei.
