The HENDI roasting thermometer measures core temperatures from −50 to +250 °C and also features a timer with a countdown function. The 150 mm stainless steel probe is heat-resistant and can remain in the oven during cooking. An audible alarm sounds when the set temperature is reached, and it also features min./max. functions and a continuous temperature monitoring function. Display can be shown in °C or °F.
