Wok made of hard cast aluminium with Ø320 mm for gas, electric and ceramic hobs, not for induction. Between the aluminium and the Whitford Xylan non-stick coating there is a titanium layer which, according to the manufacturer, increases service life and protects against scratches. The coating is heat-resistant up to 250 °C, and the handle is made of 18/10 stainless steel.
