The Bartscher WP230S-EB warming plate keeps food warm on a 520 × 270 mm Ceranglass surface. The touch controls allow you to select three temperature settings: 50, 70 and 95 °C. The plate can be built in or used as a tabletop unit and is suitable for continuous commercial use. With 0.23 kW, it runs on a standard 230 V socket.
