The Bartscher warming plate keeps food in GN containers warm on a glass surface in GN 2/1 format. The temperature can be continuously adjusted between 30 °C and 95 °C. With 0.3 kW, it runs on 230 V, and the carrying handle makes repositioning easier. It is designed for continuous commercial use.
