The Bartscher MDI 2HW211 waffle iron has two baking plates and bakes two heart-shaped waffles at the same time, each with a diameter of 210 mm and a height of 16 mm. The temperature can be electronically controlled in 1°C increments up to 300°C, and a timer with an audible signal indicates the end of the baking time. The baking plates are made of cast iron and are permanently mounted, while the housing is made of stainless steel. The appliance is suitable for continuous commercial use.
