The Bartscher refrigerated prep counter 900T2 has a refrigerated well on top for five GN 1/6 containers up to 150 mm deep, and below it a 260-litre refrigerated compartment with two doors. Fan-assisted cooling with automatic defrosting maintains the range of 0 to 10 °C. The doors are self-closing, and the stainless steel filter is dishwasher-safe. The refrigeration unit sits at the bottom in an easily accessible technical unit.
