The 20/315 chamber vacuum sealer packages food in vacuum bags. It features a deep-drawn stainless steel chamber (322 × 365 × 160 mm), a curved Plexiglas lid, and a 315 mm sealing bar. The vacuum pump delivers 20 m³/h; electronic vacuum control and a soft-air function are also included. The device operates at 230 V and is suitable for continuous commercial use.
