The SARO LYRIA sausage warmer heats sausages and similar foods in a water bath and keeps them warm. The temperature can be set from +30 to +85 °C, and an indicator light shows when it has been reached. The housing and rack are made of stainless steel, and the hinged lid makes it easy to remove the food. With 0.9 kW, the device runs on a standard 230 V socket.
