The ASKAN induction wok cooker by SARO is designed for induction-compatible stainless steel wok pans with a diameter of 36 cm. With 3.5 kW and 10 heat settings, it covers a temperature range from +60 to +240 °C and is suitable for cooking and keeping food warm. It is controlled via a knob with an LCD display and features built-in overheating protection.
