The SARO CC/03 gas wok range has three gas burners of 21 kW each and an open base. A pilot flame and flame failure device are part of the equipment, and the wok ring is enamelled. The burners and grease drip tray can be removed for cleaning. The range is preset for natural gas (H), and propane nozzles are included.
