The SARO polyethylene cutting board measures 500 × 300 × 15 mm and stands securely on the work surface thanks to non-slip feet. In the HACCP color-coding system, green is used for fruit and vegetables. The board is HACCP-compliant and dishwasher-safe up to 60 °C.
