The compact PALERMO 1 countertop model bakes one pizza up to Ø 33 cm at up to +320 °C. Top and bottom heat are separately adjustable, and the baking chamber measures 350 × 350 × 100 mm. The oven comes with a connection cable without plug.

Frequently asked questions
How are the fireclay stones cleaned?
Only dry and when cold, otherwise there is a risk of breakage. As a cleaning accessory, SARO recommends the brass brush (item no. 217-1025).
