The MASSIMO 1920 pizza oven bakes six pizzas up to Ø 30 cm in one deep chamber (620 × 920 mm). Top and bottom heat are separately adjustable; interior lighting and heat-resistant glass windows make it easier to monitor the product. The temperature range is +50 to +450 °C.

Frequently asked questions
How are the fireclay stones cleaned?
Only dry and when cold, otherwise there is a risk of breakage. As a cleaning accessory, SARO recommends the brass brush (item no. 217-1025).
