The SARO ES 901 S/S TOP 0/4 refrigerated counter has four drawers instead of doors and offers 178 litres of usable capacity over a width of 903 mm. This lets you store ingredients separated by type in the drawers. The evaporator is foamed in on three sides, and cooling is static with a circulation fan in the range +2 to +8 °C.
