The SARO VIVIA S 401 refrigerated counter combines a stainless steel work surface with a refrigerated base of 73 litres net capacity. The self-closing door is reversible, and inside there is a height-adjustable shelf. The digital DIXELL controller operates in the range +2 to +8 °C, and the static cooling with circulation fan defrosts automatically. At 435 mm wide, it is a compact refrigeration and work station for snack bars, cafés and bars.
