The SARO MM5 A PO refrigerator has a stainless steel exterior, a white plastic interior, and a self-closing door. It has a usable capacity of 455 litres and four height-adjustable shelves. Optional inserts for GN 2/1 containers and 600 × 400 mm trays are available. It features a fan for forced-air cooling and automatic defrosting, and is mounted on four castors and two adjustable feet.
