The SARO STAY COOL 1/2 GN cooling serving tray keeps food cool at buffets in GN 1/2 format. Integrated cooling packs are built into the EPS core: after at least 4 hours in the freezer, the tray maintains a temperature below +8 °C for at least 3 hours. The surface is made of 1 mm thick anodized aluminum, and rubber feet ensure a secure grip. The tray is suitable for indoor and outdoor buffets.
