The EKO GN convection oven with left-hand door hinges is the left-hinged door version of the EKO GN series. It offers four compartments for 1/1 GN racks or trays at 84 mm intervals, two fans and a grill function. It is operated manually and features a built-in timer. Supplied without racks and trays.
