The PREMIUM LINE SB-H230 hot food buffet is designed for the warm presentation and serving of food and accommodates 6 1/1 GN containers. The temperature range is +30 to +90 °C. The food pan is made of 304 stainless steel, the top is made of black granite; a permanently mounted glass sneeze guard, lighting, drain valve and casters are included.
