The NELSON Hot Food Display is a compact heated display cabinet with a base area of 650 × 467 mm. The cabinet is made of black baked-enamel steel and features double-glazed tempered glass on the side, with plastic opening flaps. The temperature can be manually set between +30 and +85 °C, and the power consumption is 0.56 kW.
