Installation of gas appliances

The GF46 gas fryer from the 600 Line holds 8 litres of oil and is heated by a 7.4 kW cast-iron burner. The temperature is infinitely adjustable from +90 to +190 °C. A safety valve and thermocouple are fitted, and the tank has a cold zone.
