The FRANCIS buffet heat lamp keeps food warm directly at the buffet or serving area. The red infrared lamp radiates heat directly onto the food. The recommended distance between the lamp and the food is 50 to 60 cm. The height can be adjusted using the 1.55 m spiral cable.
