The CAURUS buffet heat lamp keeps prepared food warm at buffets, serving counters, and service stations. Its pendant design keeps the work and presentation area freely accessible. The lightweight metal lamp shade is black; a 250-watt white infrared bulb is included. A distance of approximately 50 to 60 cm between the lamp and the food is recommended.
