The SARO topping station FRAN keeps ingredients chilled in the top section and offers space for seven 1/3 GN containers. The base unit with three doors and three height-adjustable shelves serves as refrigerated storage. The housing and interior are made of stainless steel, and the work surface is 358 mm deep.
