The HERA bakery oven has a capacity of 116 liters and is designed for four baking trays (400 × 600 mm), which are included in the delivery. The chamber is enameled, and the door is double-glazed. It is operated via control knobs, and steam injection is activated manually at the touch of a button; the timer runs for up to 120 minutes. It operates at 380 V.
