The bakery freezer B 800 BT by SARO has a gross capacity of 852 litres (534 litres net) and accommodates 10 runners for 600 × 800 mm or 2 × 600 × 400 mm shelves. Forced-air cooling and automatic defrosting maintain a temperature range of -18 to -22 °C, controlled by a digital DIXELL temperature controller. The heated door frame prevents condensation, and interior lighting is built-in. The cabinet and interior are made of stainless steel, and the door is self-closing and lockable.
