The stainless steel SARO bakery refrigerator B 800 TN has a gross capacity of 852 litres and accommodates racks measuring 600 × 800 mm or 2 × 600 × 400 mm. With 10 guide rails, forced-air cooling and automatic defrosting, it keeps dough and baked goods at +2 to +8 °C. A heated door frame prevents condensation, and the temperature is digitally controlled via a DIXELL controller. The self-closing door is lockable, and the interior is illuminated.
