The Saladette 900T2GL combines a refrigerated top for 2 × GN 1/1 and 3 × GN 1/6 containers (150 mm deep) with a 250-liter refrigerated undercounter unit behind two self-closing doors and a glass top. The forced-air refrigeration operates between 0 °C and +10 °C and defrosts automatically. The cutting board is removable, the stainless steel filter is dishwasher-safe, and the technical unit is easily accessible. It connects to a standard 230 V socket.
