The Bartscher Saladette 438T1 features a refrigerated top pan for 1 × GN 1/1 container up to 150 mm deep and a 140-liter refrigerated compartment with one door underneath. Forced-air cooling with automatic defrosting maintains a temperature range of 0 to 10 °C. The cutting board is removable, the door is self-closing, and the stainless steel filter is dishwasher-safe. The compressor unit is located at the bottom in an easily accessible technical compartment.
