The HENDI pizza peel with a square, perforated blade is used for sliding pizzas into and out of the oven. It is made of hard-anodized aluminum, which is more wear-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and corrosion-resistant. The short handle is designed for small kitchens with limited space, while a silicone coating at the end of the handle protects against heat.
