The Basic 44 pizza oven has two baking chambers, each holding 4 pizzas of Ø 32 cm. Each chamber has its own, fully separate control panel and two individually adjustable heating elements for top and bottom heat. Firebricks, a thermometer and a light are fitted in each chamber. The steel housing with stainless steel front is insulated with rock wool.

Do I need a 400 V connection?
Yes, the oven runs on 3 × 400 V (9.4 kW), is supplied without a plug and must be connected by an electrician.
Can I operate the chambers separately?
Yes, the control panels are completely separate for each chamber.
