The HENDI pizza peel with handle (Ø 406 mm, 6 mm thick) is made of pressed wood fibers and is more robust than conventional wood due to the high pressure used during production. It is maintenance-free and dishwasher-safe; over time, it darkens and develops a rustic appearance.
