The HENDI pizza pan with a diameter of 310 mm is designed for baking pizza in the oven and is made of 0.75 mm thick blue steel sheet. It is heat-resistant up to 360 °C and resistant to pressure and intensive use; the uncoated surface must be cleaned, dried and oiled regularly.
