The Pyralis M18 is an electric pizza oven with mechanical controls. With Activestone technology, the heating elements are embedded directly in the cordierite stone, ensuring a uniform temperature across the entire baking surface. The two baking chambers, each with a 105 × 105 cm baking surface, can accommodate 9 pizzas with a diameter of 30/34 cm, and temperatures reach up to 450 °C. You can add the hood, base frame, and casters as options on this page.
