The Entry Max 18 is an all-stainless steel electric pizza oven with two baking chambers and mechanical controls. Top and bottom heat are controlled separately, and the temperature reaches up to 450 °C. Each chamber offers space for 9 pizzas with a diameter of 30/34 cm on a 105 × 105 cm baking surface. You can add the hood, base frame, and casters as options on this page.
