The Entry Max 12 is an all-stainless steel electric pizza oven with two baking chambers and mechanical controls. Top and bottom heat are controlled separately, and the temperature reaches up to 450 °C. Each chamber offers a 70 × 105 cm baking surface with room for 6 pizzas with a diameter of 30/34 cm. You can add the hood, base frame, and casters as options on this page.
