The HENDI mandoline with V-shaped blade inserts slices, juliennes, and cuts vegetables and fruit into chips. The slice thickness is adjustable from 1 to 9 mm, and the julienne thickness from 6 to 9 mm. The housing is made of black PP and ABS, and the five blade inserts are made of stainless steel.
