The box hood measures 4000 × 1000 mm with a height of 400 mm. With a length of 4000 mm, it covers even large cooking lines, while seven labyrinth filters capture grease from the exhaust air. The welded design is leak-tight, a drain valve discharges accumulated grease, and LED lighting comes as standard. The hood has no fan of its own and is connected to the building's ventilation system.
