The HENDI Japanese Mandoline slices vegetables and fruit to an adjustable thickness of 1 to 9 mm. The main blade can be switched between smooth and corrugated using a toggle switch, while the integrated blades cut julienne strips and French fries. The cutting surface has a PTFE non-stick coating. With a fold-out stand and bowl hook, the mandoline can stand freely, on a bowl, or be held in the hand.
