Professional frying pan made of hard cast aluminium with Ø330 mm, suitable for all types of hob including induction, and for the oven. The cast aluminium absorbs heat quickly, so the pan is ready for use fast. The non-stick coating is heat-resistant up to 250 °C, and the handle is made of 18/10 stainless steel.
