The GMG Churo waffle iron has two baking stations with interchangeable cast iron baking plates and one lid with a heat-insulated handle each. The temperature is thermostatically and continuously adjustable from 50 to 300 °C, with top and bottom heat controlled together. The outer casing is made of stainless steel, and a grease collection tray is included. Each baking station forms 10 churro-shaped strips measuring 21 × 2 × 1 cm each.
