The HENDI guitar cutter precisely cuts and portions soft confectionery products such as ganache, pudding, marshmallows, chocolates and confections lengthwise and crosswise. The set includes a base with a profiled stainless steel work surface, a steel plate and three cutting frames with string spacings of 45, 30 and 22.5 mm. The strings are made of surgical steel, the hinges of brass and the frame of black anodized aluminium. Non-slip feet ensure a stable stand during operation.
