Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between air-cooled and water-cooled?
Air-cooled units do not require a cooling water connection. Water-cooled units operate more efficiently in warm environments but require cooling water in addition.
Are there other ice cube sizes?
The standard ice cube is 18 g. According to the manufacturer, other sizes (13 g, 33 g, 42 g) are available on request.
