Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between air-cooled and water-cooled?
Air-cooled devices do not require a cooling water connection. Water-cooled devices operate more efficiently in warm environments but require cooling water in addition.
Are there other ice cube sizes?
The standard ice cube weighs 18 g. According to the manufacturer, other sizes (13 g, 33 g, 42 g) are available on request.
