The nugget ice machine produces 145 kg of nugget ice per day and has a 50 kg storage bin. Nugget ice is compact and melts slowly, as required for cocktails and cold drinks. Ice production is automated via a fixed water connection; the air cooling requires no cooling water. It connects to a 230 V power supply.
