The Bartscher steam extraction hood with integrated steam condenser is compatible with the ChefTop Compact GN 1/1. It condenses the steam generated directly at the hood and requires a 3/4" water connection with a drain. The hood is made of stainless steel, suitable for continuous commercial operation, and is connected to 230 V via a Type 12 plug.
