The Bartscher extractor hood with integrated steam condenser is compatible with the BakerLux Shop.Pro 460/330. It condenses the steam generated directly at the hood and requires a 3/4" water connection with a drain. The hood is made of stainless steel, suitable for continuous commercial operation, and is connected to 230 V via a Type 12 plug.
