The Bartscher XP-020P double contact grill features two independently switchable grilling zones with 250 × 250 mm Ceranglas plates. The upper and lower plates are smooth and ideal for sandwiches, paninis and flat food. The temperature can be set up to 400 °C, and grease collection trays collect any escaping fat. The stainless steel unit is designed for continuous commercial use.
