The Bartscher XP-020PR double contact grill has two independently switchable grilling zones with Ceranglass plates measuring 250 × 250 mm each. The top plates are ribbed and leave grill marks, while the bottom plates are smooth. The temperature can be set up to 400 °C, and grease collection drawers collect escaping grease. The device with a stainless steel housing is designed for continuous commercial operation.
